The Home edition is fully-featured but is limited to two audio tracks and no external plugins, while the Master edition permits you to use any number of audio tracks and allows external plugins. Both offer new features in addition to a commercial license. There are two paid versions of VideoPad, “Home” and “Master” edition. However, it’s good enough to consider using it even if you aren’t on a budget. This makes VideoPad a great choice for people who aren’t looking to spend a healthy chunk of change on a video editing program. Much to my surprise, VideoPad is not only passable but is superior to some of its $50-$100 competitors. Please be aware if you purchased more than 6 months ago you may need to purchase an upgrade to use the current version.
